Design & Build

We can work with your architectural designer or suggest one. The design work of the rehabilitation or new build project is important to its successful execution. We believe that the success of the project depends on the customer, the draughting company, and us having a solid working relationship. Even when we propose an architect, our customer works directly with them; we do not get a fee or any other payment from the architect or designer because ultimately, both of us are acting in the client's best interest.

Our design-build approach places a strong emphasis on coordinating the efforts of the customer, architect, builder, and allied professions to produce the desired results on time and within budget.

With our extensive building experience, we can deal with any problems with the building's design or unanticipated circumstances. Four steps may be used to summarize the procedure:

1. Introduction: Relationships are the foundation of the construction process, in our opinion. In order to get to know you and understand your vision for your house, we have a preliminary onsite meeting.

2. Concept Plans: To have the concept plans created, we connect you to one of our designers. As we move from idea to completion, we work with the designers to ensure that the plans are constructible. We give an initial build estimate so you may have an idea of the project's cost.

3. Working Drawings: After the idea plans have been fully developed, they are then finalized.

4. Pricing: We are putting the finishing touches on a comprehensive project estimate.
